Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Legacy Bridge Holdings Atlanta, LLC ("Creator Studio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Creator Studio (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — your email address and password (passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see your plaintext password).
- Brand inputs — the website URL, brand name, colors, fonts, voice notes, and images or photos you upload or point us to.
- Generated content — the posts, captions, and slides created for you, which we store so you can return to them.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — basic technical information such as your browser type, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and improve it.
- Essential cookies / local storage — used to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly; we do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited information such as your subscription status and the last four digits or card brand.
2. How we use your information
- to provide, maintain, and operate the Service and generate content for you;
- to process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud;
- to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- to secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- to send you service-related communications (e.g., account, billing, or security notices);
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. AI processing of your inputs
To generate content, we send your relevant inputs (such as brand details and prompts) to third-party AI providers — OpenAI (image generation) and Anthropic (text generation). These providers process the inputs to return Output to you. Under their standard API terms, data submitted through their APIs is not used to train their models. Your use of the resulting Output is subject to our Terms of Service.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service ("subprocessors"), and only as needed to provide it:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage;
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery;
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management;
- OpenAI and Anthropic — AI content generation;
- Google Fonts — web fonts served to your browser.
If you choose to connect a third-party publishing tool (such as Blotato) using your own credentials, information you send through it is handled under that provider's policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls that restrict each account's data to its owner. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update much of your information in the app, and you may contact us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA respectively.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours.
